Practicing Full Time Real Estate since 2006, Dana has established a reputation as a knowledgeable and committed professional in the industry. A graduate of West Texas University in 1985, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Mathematics and Kinesiology. This strong educational foundation has equipped her with critical analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics, essential for navigating the complexities of real estate.
In addition to her extensive real estate experience, Dana manages her own real estate investments, enhancing the value she brings to clients. This firsthand experience allows her to advise, direct, and protect clients’ best interests effectively. Her understanding of how to utilize promulgated documents ensures that clients are well-protected throughout every transaction, acting as a fiduciary to safeguard their needs.
Dana’s primary goal is to provide outstanding customer service, expertly organizing clients’ moves from Point A to Point B and increasing the value of their real estate investments. Her commitment to prioritizing clients’ needs and building lasting relationships has resulted in a loyal clientele and numerous referrals, making her a trusted partner in their real estate journeys.
With the decision of her husband to retire, Dana has moved to Lake Texoma in 2024 and will continue helping people buy and sell Real Estate around the lake in Oklahoma and Texas.
The memberships include the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), Oklahoma Association of Realtors (OAR), and the Texas Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP).
Designations include Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).
